We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join an outpatient adult clinic in Muskogee, OK. This role focuses on working with adult patients experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders related to stroke, neurological conditions, injury, or other medical diagnoses. You will provide individualized therapy services designed to improve communication abilities, cognitive function, and swallowing safety while enhancing overall quality of life. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Provide therapy focused on speech, cognition, voice, and dysphagia management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, home exercises, and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards




Requirements

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years preferred
• Experience in an outpatient or adult rehabilitation setting is a plus
• Strong clinical and communication skills
