Assistant Site Manager

• You have led people before, and you know what it takes to hold a team to a standard. 

• You take ownership of outcomes, not just effort. Results matter, and you know how to drive them. 

• You are a natural problem-solver. You diagnose quickly, make decisions with confidence, and follow through. 

• You build people up. The best leaders at Whistle make the people around them better. 

• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment. 

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred. A track record of ownership matters more than a specific title.
