Sonic Summary

We are seeking energetic and team-oriented Food Runners to join the Big Fish team.
The role involves delivering food promptly and accurately to guests while ensuring proper presentation.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
The position offers a salary of $15 per hour, plus tips.
Food Runners must be able to communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

We’re looking for fast, energetic, and team-oriented Food Runners to help keep the kitchen and dining room moving. Food Runners are an important part of the Big Fish team, making sure every dish gets to the right guest quickly, accurately, and looking its best.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table promptly
Verify dishes are complete, accurate, and properly presented
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff throughout service
Assist servers with running large or multiple orders
Help maintain clean, organized expo and service areas
Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed
Know menu items and be able to identify dishes and ingredients
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Help keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods
Provide friendly, professional service to every guest
