JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel. 
• Providing training, direction,supervisionand hands on support 
• Direct associates and supervisors toaccomplishgoals andobjectivesof the food and beverageoperation 
• Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensures all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistentlymet 
• Hire and Train servicestaff 
• Ensure direct andfacilitatecommunication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment. 
• Processes bi-weekly payroll 
• Inventory, orderingsupplies 
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet businessobjectives 

 

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degreepreferred 
• Minimum of two (2)yearsfood and beverage supervisory experiencerequired. Should be ina similar sizerestaurantoperation 

 

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES

• Outgoing personality 
• Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally 
• Team player 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and teammembers 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Knowledge of three meal restaurantspreferred 
• Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred. 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's,weekendsandholidays
