What you’ll be doing (aka being the café MVP):
- Lead and support the team during daily café operations
- Keep food quality, service, and cleanliness top-notch
- Train and coach teammates so everyone succeeds
- Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and daily deposits
- Make sure safety, sanitation, and food standards are always on point
- Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Deliver amazing guest experiences — even when things get busy
- Jump in wherever needed and lead by example
