What You'll Do

  • Be a trusted guide for patients
  • Keep the schedule running smoothly, anticipating and solving scheduling hiccups before they happen
  • Set the stage for every procedure: prepping instruments, materials, and equipment
  • Capture accurate patient health histories and dental charting
  • Support patients chairside, helping them feel comfortable and informed
  • Keep our sterilization and infection-control standards top-notch
  • Help manage inventory and keep the practice stocked and ready

What You Bring

  • Dental Assistant training or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of DA experience preferred (but we welcome strong new grads too!)
  • CDA certification, radiology equivalency exam, or a CODA-accredited DA program
  • CPR certification (or willingness to get certified within 30 days)
  • Confidence explaining treatment plans and insurance details to patients
  • Bonus points for Eaglesoft or Denticon experience
  • A team-first attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the flexibility to jump between tasks (and occasionally locations) with a positive attitude
  • Strong listening skills and sound judgment
  • A commitment to patient confidentiality and care
