Position Overview
As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and provide customized solutions that align with their goals and budget. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust, delivering exceptional client experiences, and closing high-value residential replacement and upgrade opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate comfort concerns, system performance, and replacement opportunities
- Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs and budget
- Prepare and present professional proposals and financing options
- Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the sales process
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay current on HVAC technologies, products, industry trends, and energy-efficiency solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven success in residential HVAC sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and guide homeowners through purchasing decisions
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Experience using CRM and sales management software
