Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator:

The Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational success of our cosmetics, skincare, and aesthetic services division. This position is responsible for managing inventory flow across multiple locations, maintaining accurate product records, coordinating product transfers and ordering, and overseeing e-commerce fulfillment operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory coordination within a retail, medical aesthetics, skincare, or cosmetic environment.

Core Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

· Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple locations

· Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies

· Track low stock, backorders, product transfers, and usage trends

· Maintain accurate SKU, batch, and expiration date records

· Assist with product ordering and inventory forecasting

Fulfillment & E-Commerce Operations:

· Process, pick, pack, and fulfill e-commerce and internal product orders

· Ensure orders are prepared accurately and shipped in a timely manner

· Coordinate outbound shipments through carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx

· Receive and organize incoming inventory deliveries

System & Data Management:

· Maintain inventory accuracy within internal systems and product platforms

· Input inventory transfers, purchase orders, and product adjustments

· Assist with inventory reporting and operational tracking

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with clinical, retail, procurement, and customer service teams

· Communicate product availability, shipment timelines, and inventory updates

· Support operational efficiency across cosmetic and retail divisions

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in inventory coordination, retail operations, medical aesthetics, skincare, cosmetics, or related industries preferred

· Familiarity with systems such as ModMed, Aesthetics Pro, Shopify/WooCommerce, or inventory management software preferred

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks while maintaining efficiency and consistency 

Requirements

This position will require heavy traveling and candidates must  be willing to travel between 13 locations in SC and NC: Myrtle Beach Area, Conway, Litchfield, Mt Pleasant, Summerville, Dillon and Wilmington, NC.
