LPN/QUALITY MEASURES ANALYST needed for busy multi-specialty medical practice in Myrtle Beach. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:45 am - 5:15 pm and Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. with the potential to go remote. No nights or weekends! Job Description:

Full-time Quality Measures Programs Analyst needed for large multi-specialty medical group. Primary responsibility is to assist the Payers’ Quality Measures Programs in the improvement of clinical effectiveness through performance and improvement activities.

Knowledge of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and HEDIS Quality Measures is preferred. Assist and support clinical staff on process improvement for quality measures not met and monitor the established workflow to ensure care opportunities are met during patient’s appointments with their provider.

Candidate must have the ability to relate, develop rapport, communicate, and work harmoniously with patients of various age groups, and physicians with varying specialties, and to communicate with pertinent personnel in other agencies and facilities. Must have the ability to analyze medical records/charting, set priorities, develop simple solutions to complex problems, and work calmly and effectively in stressful situations. Must be a self-starter, work independently, problem solve, determine priorities, and set daily tasks to meet payers’ quality program criteria.

Requirements: Current LPN license. Must have experience in an outpatient setting with performance improvement and/or quality management. Must possess strong computer skills including previous Electronic Medical Record systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Previous remote work preferred but not required.
