Position Details

Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PM
No nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive environment
Successfully pass a background check for VA facility access

Qualifications

Must be a South Carolina Licensed Optician
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear
Proficient with manual lensometers, pupilometers, and computer systems
Familiarity with VA optical benefits and discounts is a plus
Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
