A Sales Leader Action Line with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for supporting the sales management team in finalizing sales with qualified guests.
We have two locations here in Myrtle Beach.
What will I be doing?
As a TO Action Line Manager, you would be responsible for accomplishing your position's duties in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture. You will drive company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
- Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
- Encourage and uphold the branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
- Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
- Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers.

What are we looking for?

Our Team Members are essential to the company’s success. To carry out this role proficiently, you should meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
- 2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
- Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
