JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises, trains, monitors andcoachesdepartmentstaff  
- Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operationalstandards  
- Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of the F&B Manager 
- Performs department opening and/or closingduties  
- Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused onserving the customer at alltimes  
- Immediately and respectfully resolves guestrequests  
- Perform various other duties asassigned

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of High School education  
- Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision 
- Alcohol awareness certificationpreferred

- Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally  
- Team player  
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and teammembers  
- Ability to multi-task 
- Ability to work flexible hours andshifts 
- Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards 
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
