Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a part-time position schedule being Saturday-Monday 7:00am-3:00pm. 

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Custodial duties
  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc. 
• Maintenance
  • Painting
  • Light Drywall Patches
  • Basic Carpentry Skills
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
