Job DetailsJob Location: Roosevelt Field Office - Myton, UT 84052Directly reporting to the Midstream Foreman, the Uinta Midstream team is seeking a Midstream Operator with a proven track record of accomplishments to support operations in Myton, Utah. The Midstream Operator is primarily responsible for the operation of gas facilities and pipelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Abide by all health, environmental, and safety programs and policies Day-to-day operation of gas and water facilities and pipelines, including maintenance and construction functions Perform minor maintenance of compressors, engines, pumps, controls, pipelines, and valves Generate daily production reports, including liquid production, gas and water production volumes, and downtime Test product samples and make adjustments to preserve product quality and proper specifications Coordinate and oversee the transfer of liquid products into trucks and/or pipelines Provide coverage during vacation for other Midstream Operators as needed Adhere to and enforce all applicable County, State, and Federal regulations Other Duties and Responsibilities Other duties as required  Qualifications Education, Skills and Experience Required Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent 5 or more years of experience in gas and water facilities, and pipeline systems operations Execute startup, shutdown, and operating procedures for gas compressors, tri-plex pumps, submersible pumps, h-pumps, electric motors, fans, instrumentation, valves, and alarms Strong background in various SCADA applications and the ability to diagnose issues remotely Must have the ability and willingness to work extended hours and weekends if needed Proven record of working independently under little direct supervision Must be a team player and possess the ability to work cooperatively with other teams Good driving record and a current driver’s license Safety-sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screening Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must demonstrate a strong desire to apply innovative ideas in the field Physical Requirements Must be able to react to potentially dangerous situations quickly and appropriately Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, visual acuity, hearing, speaking Must be able to climb 15 foot high ladders and stairwells Must be able to change a flat tire or chain up tires in adverse weather conditions Environmental Conditions Works outdoors approximately 95% of the time Works indoors in office approximately 5% of the time May be exposed to and must be able to drive in adverse weather conditions (snow, rain, ice, wind, heat, flooding, etc.) May be exposed to constant noise, H2S fumes (less than 10 ppm), and high pressure natural gas FourPoint Resources, LLC reserves the right to modify, interpret, or apply this job description in any way the company desires. This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties, including essential duties, to be performed by the employee occupying this position. This job description is not an employment contract, implied or otherwise. The employment relationship remains "at-will." The aforementioned job requirements are subject to change to reasonably accommodate qualified disabled individuals.
