We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Store Manager who can help keep our store running smoothly, motivate an amazing team, and create a shopping experience customers love.

The Basics

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Valid driver's license and insurance preferred
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift

Preferred:

Retail leadership experience
Previous experience as a Lead Retail or Production Associate
Experience training or coaching team members
