The Basics

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Valid driver's license and insurance preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift

Preferred:

  • Retail leadership experience
  • Previous experience as a Lead Retail or Production Associate
  • Experience training or coaching team members
