What You’ll Be Doing (aka “A Day in the Life”):

Greet every customer like they just walked into your party
Help shoppers find the perfect item (hello, hidden gems!)
Ring up sales and handle payments at the register
Colorize and organize clothing displays so they POP
Keep the sales floor tidy, clean, and looking awesome
Answer phones and direct calls with confidence
Watch for shoplifters — protect the treasure!
Clean fitting rooms, bathrooms, counters… the works
Assist with restocking, sorting donations, and whatever else keeps the store running smooth

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who’s positive, reliable, and customer-focused
A team player who’s not afraid to jump in wherever needed
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable standing, moving, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and staying active all shift
No formal education or retail experience required — we’ll train you!
Bonus if you love secondhand fashion, funky finds, or organizing like a pro

What to Expect
