HVAC Installer - Rough Phase

Icon Air, part of CBH Homes — Idaho’s #1 home builder, is hiring an HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade while working on residential new construction projects.

You’ll assist with duct installation, furnace setting, gas piping, and general HVAC installation tasks while working alongside experienced installers who will help you develop your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC experience a plus
• Basic understanding of ductwork
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days
• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to learn
