SUMMARY

The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of machinery moving projects by coordinating administrative, financial, and project-related activities. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate project records, entering and reviewing field timesheets, tracking customer funding, and supporting billing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Time entry daily as timesheets are turned in from the field.
  • Entering and tracking any funding released from the customer.
  • Updating statuses of jobs per requests of the project team.
  • Processing billing in the customer systems as needed.
  • Assisting with project forecasts based on customer schedules. 
  • Assists project management team with daily requests as needed. 
  • Support the team with supply ordering.
  • Manage and track documentation on projects. 

Required Education and/or Experiences 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to shift gears quickly.
  • Ability to work on your own and in teams.
  • Experience in time entry. 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Experience in and around the construction industry or working with/for general contractors is a plus. 
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility/accountability
