About the Role

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to provide virtual counseling services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment goals, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns.

You’ll have the opportunity to focus on direct client care while using your clinical skills to guide conversations, support progress, and provide structured therapy in a remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
  • Understand client concerns and identify areas for therapeutic support
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
  • Use appropriate counseling techniques to help clients manage challenges and build coping skills
  • Support clients with emotional wellness, relationships, and life transitions
  • Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional guidelines
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
  • Experience providing therapy or counseling services
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
