Activities Assistant – Napa Post Acute (Napa, CA)

Starting Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)

Napa Post Acute is looking for a fun, compassionate, and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team! If you love working with seniors and want a role where you can truly brighten someone’s day, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help plan and lead engaging programs that support our residents’ social, emotional, and mental well-being, including:

• Assisting with daily group and one-on-one activities

• Helping with games, crafts, music, exercise groups, and special events

• Encouraging resident participation and creating meaningful connections

• Assisting with transporting residents to activities as needed

• Supporting holiday celebrations and community/family events

• Helping keep activity areas organized and supplies stocked

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with seniors

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Creativity, patience, and reliability

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting is a plus (but not required)

• Ability to follow directions and support a structured daily schedule
