Our Bussers are an integral part of the Front of House team, helping maintain the pace, organization, and presentation of the restaurant while supporting every stage of service. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Busser who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and takes pride in maintaining an organized, polished dining environment. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and fellow team members while maintaining a consistent sense of urgency.

What You'll Do
Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared dining rooms, patios, service stations, and guest support areas
Promptly clear, crumb, clean, sanitize, and reset tables to company standards
Anticipate dining room and service needs, supporting servers and the Front of House team without waiting for direction
Support service throughout the restaurant, including the dining room, patio, upstairs dining areas, bar, and support stations
Restock glassware, flatware, china, linens, and other operational supplies throughout each shift
Prepare coffee, iced tea, water pitchers, and other support items as assigned
Assist with dining room setup, large parties, sidework, and other operational needs
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout every shift
Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergy-handling, and service standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of busser, server assistant, or comparable Front of House support experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing operational needs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to consistently follow established service standards and operational procedures
Professional appearance and demeanor
Sufficient English communication skills to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and managers while performing the essential functions of the position
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and peak business periods
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with elevated service standards in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant
Experience supporting multiple servers simultaneously during high-volume service
Experience maintaining professional table presentation, pre-bussing, table resetting, crumbing, and open-service techniques
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Scheduling flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and other peak business periods.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
Stand and walk continuously throughout an average 8-hour shift
Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
Safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a regular basis
Safely transport bus tubs, stacks of plates, trays of glassware, service equipment, and other restaurant materials throughout the restaurant
Work safely and efficiently on stairs, in close quarters, and on occasionally wet or slippery surfaces
