Napa Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical nurse leader who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and supporting a positive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and oversight

  • Support regulatory compliance (CDPH, CMS) and survey readiness

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff

Qualifications:
