The Value of Working with Us
- Required - One year of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Full time, 1.0 FTE
- Rotating Monday – Friday schedule
- Hospital based position
- Group size – 6 providers
- The group includes both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers creating a collaborative, supportive and collegial work environment
- AMCB Certification, active DEA, CA State RN/ARNP license and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required
- The practice will be focused on inpatient care and working in unison with OB/GYN practice
- Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- Comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
- Compensation is between $165,659 and $195,910 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
