What You'll Do:

• Deliver grooming services such as bathing, brushing, nail clipping, and conditioning to ensure pets are clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
• Handle pets with care, monitor for signs of stress or health concerns, and always follow proper safety procedures.
• Greet and delight pet parents and pets, answer phones, schedule grooming appointments as needed, and following up on appointments and lapsed neighbors.
• Maintain grooming areas to high standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring an inviting environment for pets and neighbors.
• Support the sales floor during downtime by assisting with stocking, engaging with neighbors, maintaining planograms, and other store activities.

What We're Looking For:

• No experience necessary
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Physical ability to lift and move pets up to 50 pounds
• Be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Dog handling experience a plus
