Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred (New graduates welcome!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Active Illinois licensure: LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT
