What you will do:

• Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls for quality assurance
• Contact existing customers to discuss services and promotions
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments as needed
• Follow up on customer feedback, including positive and negative reviews
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
