Duly Health and Care in Bolingbrook seeking a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights 

  • Practice includes 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers currently.

  • A Urology residency followed by a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) is required.

  • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of female pelvic floor and reconstructive urologic conditions, including both clinical and surgical care.

  • Collaboration with Duly gynecology physicians as well as a high-volume female urologist.

  • 3 days in office and 2 days in OR to start.

  • 1:7 call

  • 1 MA in clinic; shared clinic and staff nurse.

  • Hospital and ASC robotics program.

  • High volume female incontinence, pelvic floor prolapse population, OAB and neurostimulation candidates.  

  • Competitive total rewards salary of $550,000 and $700,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $525,000 - $550,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $550,000 - $700,000.
