We are looking for an energetic, results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. If you enjoy finding top talent, building relationships, and closing candidates, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit IT professionals using job boards and other platforms.
Screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Match qualified candidates to client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Meet recruiting goals and turnaround times.

Qualifications

1+ years of IT recruiting experience (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerPlug, or similar recruiting platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
