Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20- $25 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends

Job Overview

Maintenance is essential to ensuring a smoothly running hotel and delivering a great guest experience. The lead maintenance ensures all equipment is operational, conducts repairs, and performs preventive maintenance tasks to maintain guest comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per the hotel's schedule.
Ensure operational readiness of assigned equipment daily.
Monitor and maintain efficiency of equipment and electrical systems.
Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed.
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.

Qualifications

Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical skills, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push items weighing up to 100-300 pounds.
Physical agility: frequent standing, moving, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.
Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
Previous hotel experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors.
Organizational skills to manage maintenance tasks effectively.
