Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position centers on clinical therapy delivery for adults seeking structured mental health support. You will apply social work principles in a clinical setting, helping clients address emotional challenges while maintaining consistent, measurable progress.

Core Duties

• Provide psychotherapy through secure telehealth systems
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Document services in compliance with state and organizational standards
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical practice
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews

• Active Illinois LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Familiarity with telehealth documentation systems
• Ability to manage time and caseload independently
