Position Summary

The Member Resource Specialist powers ICUL's member education engine-turning learning needs into high-impact training and events that move credit unions forward. You'll set curriculum priorities, choose delivery formats, and build engaging materials while owning the operational details that make programs feel effortless for attendees.

Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and continuously refine curriculum, agendas, and on-demand resources
- Select, evaluate, and negotiate with speakers/vendors; support contract recommendations
- Manage program/event budgets, monitor spend, and pursue smart cost efficiencies
- Oversee registration systems, attendee communications, records, and reporting metrics
- Coordinate logistics (venue, A/V, travel, food & beverage) and serve as on-site lead as needed
- Partner with internal teams/SMEs and marketing to align content and promotion

Required qualifications/skills:
- 3+ years in training coordination, event planning, or related work (financial services/credit unions preferred)
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and tools like CRM/registration platforms (Canva a plus)
