Delta Dental of Illinois is seeking a strategic and analytical Product Development Manager to lead product growth through market insight, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for identifying product opportunities, guiding development and enhancements, and ensuring product strategies align with business goals, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and trends Develop and execute product strategies that support growth, profitability, and retention Translate research insights into product requirements and development plans Lead the Product Development Work Group to evaluate market opportunities and strategic initiatives and present recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, CX, and other stakeholders on product development and implementation Support sales and marketing with product positioning, value propositions, and sales tools Measure product performance and adjust strategies to achieve business outcomes QualificationsQualifications 3–5 years of experience in product management or related business roles Insurance, financial services, or service-industry experience preferred Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred Why Should You Apply?
