Job DetailsJob Location: Naperville IL - Naperville, IL 60563Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $59,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/yearProject Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) who is interested in developing into a Project Manager to join our construction team in Naperville, IL. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting construction projects from planning through completion. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn project management fundamentals including estimating, scheduling, field coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management.   Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure projects stay on schedule Perform pipeline takeoffs and assist with project estimating Order materials and aggregates and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and equipment rentals for project needs Assist with heavy equipment fleet coordination and logistics Communicate with project managers and field teams regarding project status and material availability Ensure crews have the tools, materials, and resources needed to meet project goals Track project progress and maintain documentation related to schedules, materials, and changes Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications Assist with preparation of technical documentation including SOPs and project submittals Maintain vendor relationships and assist with procurement activities Support safety initiatives and assist with basic safety management tasks Help identify and resolve project issues to keep projects moving forward Support senior staff with additional tasks as needed This is an in-office position with no flex or work-from-home option available   Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Internship or work experience in construction or heavy equipment environments Familiarity with equipment logistics or fleet management Basic understanding of construction safety practices   Compensation/Benefits Pay commensurate with experience and is has a range of $59,000 – $75,000 Life Insurance (Paid by the Company) Company Matching 401(k) Room for advancement within the Company Benefits begin on the first day of employment Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Financial Security:  Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, 401(k) with Company match, Health Savings Account, and Flexible Spending Accounts Professional Growth: Tuition reimbursement and support for continuing education Additional Benefits: From day one, Disability Insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, Paid Parental Leave, Identity Theft, and Pet Insurance to name a few     Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC (Landmarc) was conceived by a few environmental professionals, very experienced in both solid waste management and construction.
