Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Sign on Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within PICU clinical specialty (with parameters)

  • Location: Naperville, IL

  • Full Time - 36 hours

  • Hours: Nights 7pm-7:30am Includes weekend and holiday rotations

  • 16 Bed unit -Family Centered Care

What you will need:

  • Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license 

  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

    • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)  

  • Current BLS Certification issued by American Heart Association      

  • Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within three months of start date into position

  • 2 years of Peds Picu experience highly preferred
