    Primary Responsibilities

    The Sr. Manager, HR – Corporate Operations will support multiple corporate and field based teams including Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Continuous Improvement (OpX). The role will provide strategic HR support for these verticals supporting remote stakeholders across the enterprise including regional offices in FL and employees in the warehouse network.

     

    This role will require the leader to work in corporate and field warehouse environments to build strong relationships with operations teams. The leader must have experience with strategic influence to support KPIs, performance management, organizational design, employee relations, project execution, and strategic leadership. The role will serve as support to corporate and warehouse teams working as a trusted advisor to foster an environment consistent with KeHE’ s Culture, Mission and Values.


    Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    · Strategic business partner to Executive Director(s) in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Excellence teams (8)

    · Will require a scope of influence with Directors, Sr. Managers/Mgrs. in the overall client group of ~400 members who support network operations

    · Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements in engagement, retention, and productivity

    · Conduct investigations and provides guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

    · Leverages Centers of Excellence to successfully manage day-to-day workflow such as recruitment, payroll and benefits, and other administrative processes

    · Support training programs to enhance leadership capabilities across all supported functions

    · Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, network projects, restructuring, and system implementations

    · Change Management leadership; ability to adapt HR strategies into actionable initiatives that achieve sustainable business results

     

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

     

    · Must be skilled in making recommendations to effectively resolve complex problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.

    · Proficiency with data analysis to identify, problem-solve, root cause, and action issues

    · This role will require the ability to work successfully under pressure, handle multiple highly sensitive issues, competing priorities, projects, and under tight time constraints.

    · Able to work effectively with the Field warehouse leaders, Regional HRMs, Corporate leadership, and the Operations team in a collaborative manner

    · Ability to effectively research, create, articulate, and present information to stakeholders


    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

     

    · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    · 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role in corporate, warehouse, supply chain, and/or transportation industries

    · Strong knowledge of employes laws and HR best practices

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

    · HR Certification – PHR, SPRHM, SHRM-CP/SCP preferred

    · Must be able to travel 25%

    · Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends.
