About the Role:
FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live comfortably and independently at home. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention throughout the home
- Perform light housekeepingÂ
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience requiredÂ
- Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients
- Ability to work weekend shifts consistently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
- CNA, HHA, or similar certification is a plus but not required
