What You’ll DoÂ
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
- Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
- Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus)
- Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
