Vitrek LLC is looking for a detail-driven Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our high-performance production team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with precision instrumentation products, contributing directly to the assembly, wiring, and quality assurance of advanced electronic and mechanical systems.

️ What You’ll Do

• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch components under magnification
• Assemble electro-mechanical systems, including box builds and subassemblies
• Build, route, and terminate wires, cables, and harnesses to specification
• Inspect electrical and mechanical components for quality, defects, and compliance
• Prepare materials including cutting, stripping, labeling, and kitting components
• Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, BOMs, and ECOs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience and/or military technical training
• Strong proficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
• Effective communication and a collaborative team attitude
• Willingness to work overtime as production demands require

• Ability to perform precise repetitive assembly tasks
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly
