Now hiring a Construction Project Manager for direct-hire!Our client currently has a need for a Construction Project Manager.
They specialize in Electrical work for luxury homes. These builds are remodels as well as ground up construction. In this role you will spend part of the week in the office and the other part out in the field checking progress of the builds. This is a direct hire role.
Duties:
Plan, schedule and coordinate projects
Prepare and submit estimates, reports and tracking reports
Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures
Visit job sites to ensure that its running on time and all materials are present
Salary: $75,000-$100,000, Company Truck or car allowance and full benefit package will be offered. Relocation offered. Apply now!5+ years as Project Manager/Superintendent
OSHA 30
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
