Customer Service Representative – Grande Aire Services (Bonita Springs, FL)

What You’ll Do

Answer high-volume inbound calls
Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
Set up and maintain customer records in ERP
Coordinate and dispatch appointments
Promote services and assist across communication channels
Handle customer concerns with professionalism
Support basic accounts receivable tasks

What You Bring

1+ year call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A positive, service-driven attitude
