What You’ll Do
- Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and job urgency
- Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance services to ensure timely completion
- Receive and process service requests from customers and coworkers, entering information into the system
- Assist with paperwork, preparing reports, and tracking company lead sources
- Support the Service Manager with ordering parts, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors as needed
What You Bring
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):
- Experience with ServiceTitan & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Residential Electric, HVAC, or Plumbing industries
