We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in general maintenance to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the facility. 
•  Troubleshoot and resolve general building maintenance issues. 
•  Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems. 
•  Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. 
•  Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. 
•  Assist with installations, improvements, and special projects as needed. 
•  Communicate any issues, delays, or required materials to management. 

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
•  Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role. 
•  Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs. 
• Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
•  Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely. 
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 
•  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed. 

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working on ladders or in elevated areas when needed.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Able to operate basic maintenance tools and equipment safely.
