POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or license-eligible) required.

COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)
- Base + Year 1 Guaranteed Compensation: $56,000 – $79,000 annually
- Sign-on or Relocation Bonus (experience dependent)
- Guaranteed Monthly Stipends rather than relying on uncertain or variable bonus structures.
- Annual Retention Stipend with long-term growth focus
- Optional Saturday coverage (paid separately)
