THE POSITION
We are looking for a Properties Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of airport properties and provide exceptional service to tenants, concessionaires, customers, and other stakeholders.
The Properties Coordinator coordinates property and rental activities, supports lease and contract administration, maintains accurate property records, and serves as a key point of contact between tenants and the Authority. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Some of the position duties include:Â
- Coordinate daily property activities, including hangar, tie-down, storage, and other rental-related services.
- Review leases, contracts, and agreements and assist tenants with requirements, inquiries, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate lease, contract, tenant, insurance, rental, and property records.
- Track rents, fees, insurance, significant dates, documentation, and other lease and agreement requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants, concessionaires, contractors, and Authority staff.
- Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate follow-up on maintenance, compliance, safety, and appearance concerns.
- Coordinate tenant construction and contractor activities with appropriate Authority departments.
- Respond to tenant and customer inquiries and support departmental projects, reporting, and other property-related activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in business administration, property management, real estate, public administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Minimum of two years of administrative, property management, real estate, contract administration, customer service, or related experience required.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting leases, contracts, agreements, and related business documents preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, and recordkeeping skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn property management, lease administration, and other business systems.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Valid Florida driver's license with driving record meeting Authority standards required.

Starting Salary: $64,979 annually
