About the Role
- Schedule: Monday-Wednesday (may adjust to Tuesday-Thursday depending on month)
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Base Salary: $2,850/month plus bonus potential

Your Typical Day
- Arrive at 8:00 AM to prepare treatment rooms and review daily schedule
- Assist in delivering exceptional patient care using modern dental techniques
- Engage with patients to ensure they feel valued and comfortable
- Collaborate with our dental team to provide seamless care
- Maintain sterilization protocols and organize treatment rooms
- Participate in team meetings focused on continuous improvement
- Complete day at 5:00 PM with satisfaction of making a difference

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to handle dental instruments and materials
- Capability to assist in patient positioning
- Visual acuity to read charts and assess oral conditions
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds
- Physical stamina to maintain focus and energy throughout the workday
