Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living Facility
Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes, located in the beautiful city of Naples, Florida, is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors. The position is full-time, working 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the following rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, and WednesdayÂ
