This is a Seasonal Hourly Position through May 31, 2027.
Pay rate: Hourly rate plus commission (% of lessons/clinics)

What You’ll Do:

Lead private and group pickleball lessons.
Assist with clinics, tournaments, and social events.
Support daily court and Pro Shop operations.
Maintain accurate records of lessons and clinics.
Assist with racquet restringing, re-gripping, and repairs.
Support court maintenance and ensure facilities are ready for play.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience teaching pickleball to juniors and adults.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of pickleball programs and court operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Pickleball certification required.
