Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen work areas, and storage areas.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Report on equipment maintenance issues and assistance with other kitchen duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.Â
- Grasp, lift, push, pull, carry, or transport up to 50 pounds.
