1st Shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
1st Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
About the Role
We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support a high-volume distribution facility in Defiance, OH. This position involves handling rolls of insulation using forklifts equipped with clamp attachments. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down forklifts with clamp attachments
Safely handle rolls of insulation
Load/unload trailers (manual roll loading may be required)
Use RF scanners for inventory movement
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience (Required)
Clamp attachment experience (Required)
RF scanner experience preferred
Experience with forklifts using a 4th lever strongly preferred
Must be able to lift, load, and maneuver insulation rolls when necessary
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
