Position Overview As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be a key contributor to our production team — operating, programming, and maintaining robotic welding systems to meet and exceed production goals. You will ensure that every part meets our high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize robotic welding machines to maintain consistent production output.
  • Load and unload materials safely using hoists, conveyors, or manual handling as required.
  • Adjust machine settings and perform basic programming to accommodate product changes and production demands.
  • Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or software issues to minimize downtime.
  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, CAD files, and work orders with accuracy.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate production records and documentation.
  • Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all safety procedures, protocols, and company policies.



Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience operating robotic welding machines or CNC/robotic equipment.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and tolerances.
  • Basic knowledge of robotic controls and programming.
  • Proven attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
